ABSENTEEISM CONTROL - (IN DOCTOR´S OFFICE OR AT HOME)
- IN DOCTOR'S OFFICE: Doing the medical assessment, incorporating said information in the employee´s clinical record, justifying the absence for the day or making a new appointment, if the condition merits it, allowing follow up. Reporting about the employee´s condition to the company, on real time.
- AT HOME: Going to the employee´s home, confirming his/her presence there and checking, in order to justify or not hisher absence, according to medical criteria.
